The Bathroom Gem Wedge Floor Toilet and the Bathroom Gem Floor Toilet is warranted completely against defects in parts and workmanship for a period of 1 year on the drain unit and electronic sensor unit from date of purchase.  Please contact us for replacement part prices and for service.

The Bathroom Gem Spring Leg Bag Emptier is warranted completely against defects in parts and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.  Please contact us for replacement part prices and for service.

Return Policy

You may return any of the Bathroom Gem Floor Toilets within 6 months for a full refund (except shipping).  You may return the Bathroom Gem Spring Leg Bag Emptier within 90 days for a full refund (except shipping).
