Description

When changing base display dates in the Week Calendar and Histograms, the program no longer updates all other open forms with the new date.  This allows for faster updating of open forms.  This is the default action with the Gantt Chart form.

Most forms and reports now refer to the RO (Receivable Order Number) as the Project Id.  This is an optional field to distinguish multiple projects concurrently open for the same customer.

Added new version of the calendar display which should improve the response time when displaying a calendar. This calendar is very similar to Oulook in look and feel. Added "Is All Day" to the database and Task form to indicate that a task's duration is from the resource work start time to the resource work end time. Also corrected problem when exporting/importing calendars that have tasks defined as All Day. You can specify an All Day task only when creating a single task (by design, when you create multiple tasks with a duration, tasks are automatically created that completely fills a day's schedule). You can now exclude the hours and estimated cost for a resource's tasks from the project total scheduled hours and estimated cost. You might want to do this for resources such as meeting rooms, vehicles, equipment, etc. when you want the project's total scheduled hours to reflect only the labor time associated with the project. Added an optional rate for a resource, you can define a rate and the project will show the estimated cost for all resources and tasks. There is a new configuration value to inhibit showing rates and estimated costs on forms and reports. Reports can be created in Portable Document Format (PDF) for use with Adobe's Acrobat Reader and reports can also be created for use in the Open Office Suite of programs (a free alternative to Microsoft's Office Suite).
